General information about the classes we offer:

Beginning Class: is literally just the beginning – learn the basic movements and be able to do them with a group.

Continuing Class: lets you learn to practice on your own and extends your understanding of the moves and adds additional exercises to aid in developing the health benefits – you get a chance to practice the set, get corrections of your form and improve understanding of the set, in order to experience deeper benefits for health and well-being.

Official Holidays: there are no classes on official holidays.

Clothing: loose pants and flat footwear.
